MSc Student
I am a Master of Science Student in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University.
My background is in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo with emphasis in river hydraulics and hydrology, and peatland biogeochemistry. My practical experiences vary widely, with work experiences within the environmental engineering and consulting, hydrogeology, and water resource management sectors.
My current project aims to investigate the impacts of climate change and variability on lake ice evolution and phenology in the Northwest Territories through a combination of field observations and numerical modeling. The results of this project will provide local communities with a fundamental understanding of how lake ice may be expected to change under a warmer world.
