I am a Laurier alumnus, currently holding my BSc in Physical Geography and Geomatics. I graduated through my undergrad in the spring of 2018 and have been pursuing my passion in the world of RPAS technology since. Working with Ag Business and Crop Inc. as a GIS product specialist and now CartoCanada Inc., I have had the tremendous opportunity to work alongside many industries and with a world class RPAS system in many capacities. I will be focusing on the applications of multiple sensors to complete a full aerial analysis of current climatic changes occurring in Northern Canada due to global warming effects, specifically in Northwest Territories (NWT) near Yellowknife. The collected data during ice on and off periods, combined with the in-situ measures, will give for reasonable future predictions to micro and macro climate conditions in the North.
